Transparency.

Six records stand behind every GGBR, from the token on Ethereum down to the gold in Arizona.

Layer 1 of 6

The token

GGBR, a token on Ethereum.

0x7e2a…B71A

The contract address on Ethereum.

Each GGBR represents 0.001 troy oz of gold, 31.1 mg. It trades on Uniswap, and you keep it in your own wallet.

Proof

  • GGBR on Etherscan live
  • Add GGBR to your wallet

No browser wallet is open on this page. In MetaMask, choose Import tokens and enter these details.

It can't show how much gold is in the ground, who owns it, or whether it can be recovered.

Layer 2 of 6

The code

Two published contract audits.

0 critical

22 findings: 18 resolved, 2 mitigated, 2 acknowledged.

The contract keeps admin powers to upgrade it, mint and burn, freeze, blacklist, force transfers and run redemptions. The Aurum Safeguard holds 2,500,000 GGBR, 10% of the supply, for eligible losses from a protocol breach.

Proof

Audits check the code. They don't check the reserve, the title or the company's finances.

Layer 3 of 6

The supply

How many GGBR exist.

25,000,000 GGBR

Read at block 26,284,736 on 27 Oct 2026.

Minting adds GGBR against collateral, and redemption burns it, so the supply goes down. Each GGBR always represents 0.001 troy oz of gold.

Proof

The supply alone doesn't show what backs the tokens. The next three records do.

Layer 4 of 6

The GGBR Trust

Holds the gold for GGBR holders.

Every holder

is a beneficiary of the trust, since 9 Sep 2026.

The trust holds the Happy 2 claims and the gold in them. Its trustee has a legal duty to act for holders, and the trust instrument sets out your rights.

Proof

Being a beneficiary doesn't make you the owner of the land or of a bar.

Layer 5 of 6

The claims

Arizona, between Phoenix and Tucson.

GGBR Holdings, Inc. provides the claims as collateral. The ground has been explored since the late 1980s, and the company describes a documented title chain.

Proof

A map and a company description are not the title records.

Layer 6 of 6

The gold

The gold the trust holds.

1,000,000 oz

Troy ounces in the ground, about 31 tonnes.

In-situ gold: unmined and kept in place. An independent Qualified Person assessed it under NI 43-101, as the company states. Physical gold comes through a regulated dealer, from 10 oz.

Proof

  • The Qualified Person report on request from [email protected]
  • Company disclosure 20 Oct 2026

Unmined gold isn't refined bullion. Geology, title and markets affect its value and recovery.

The gold stays where it is.

The gold stays unmined in the ground at the Happy 2 claims. Nothing has to be dug up.

  • Gold without the wait

Nothing has to be dug up first. GGBR represents the gold while it stays in the ground, so there is no mine to wait for, and no pit, ore processing or tailings, the company says.

  • 1,000,000 troy oz, in the ground

About 31.1 tonnes of in-situ gold, held by the GGBR Trust for GGBR holders.

  • Nothing to store

Each GGBR sits in your wallet. From 10 oz, a regulated dealer delivers physical gold. The reserve is not mined for an order.

The reserve, the trust and your rightsHappy 2, the GGBR Trust and what holders have

From the reserve to you.

Three links, as the company describes them.

  1. The reserve. The Happy 2 claims in Pinal County, Arizona: 1,000,000 troy oz of unmined gold.
  2. The trust. The GGBR Trust holds the claims and the gold. Its trustee owes fiduciary duties to the beneficiaries.
  3. You. Hold GGBR and you are a beneficiary. Each GGBR represents 0.001 troy oz.

Happy 2, in brief.

What each record shows.

Each source answers one question. None answers all of them.

  • Collateral pageThe reserve, the trust and the beneficiary model, as the company states them.
  • EtherscanThe token, its supply and every transfer. Not the gold.
  • Contract auditsThe smart-contract code. Not the reserve or the title.
  • Trust instrument, title records, Qualified Person reportThe legal and geological basis. Ask for them.

Read before you buy.

The figures are company-reported. The documents decide your rights.

  • Unmined goldIs not refined bullion. Geology, title and markets affect what it is worth.
  • Spot priceMultiplied by underground ounces, it does not give a value anyone could realise.
  • BeneficiaryMeans the trustee must act for you. It does not add gold to your tokens.

Common questions.

Short answers to what people ask first.

  • Am I buying a specific bar?No. Each GGBR represents 0.001 troy oz under the reserve model.
  • Can I still get physical gold?Yes, from 10 oz, through the dealer. The reserve is not mined for it.
  • How is this different from a vault?Nothing is shipped or stored as bars. Reserve, title, issuer and wallet risks still apply.
Environment and the unmined approachLand, water, energy, mining costs and the carbon-credit plan

Leave the gold in place.

In situ means “in its original place”: the gold behind GGBR is not mined.

What it avoids at the reserve.

The disturbance that mining brings.

  • LandNo clearing and no open pit. Habitats stay as they are.
  • WaterNo cyanide processing and no tailings.
  • EnergyGGBR runs on Ethereum. The site gives no carbon figure it cannot source.

What it costs to mine an ounce.

$1,785 an ounce: the average all-in sustaining cost of the world’s gold mines in the first quarter of 2026, 16% more than a year earlier (World Gold Council).

  • What it countsRoyalties, energy, labour, overheads and the spending that keeps a working mine running. Not new mines, tax or financing.
  • Behind GGBRThe gold stays in the ground, so no mining cost is spent to back a GGBR.

The carbon-credit plan.

The company plans to fund climate projects with carbon credits for the mining it avoids.

Read it as a stated plan, not as issued credits or a measured result.

Which record answers what.

Gold reports and climate claims need different proof.

  • NI 43-101Reports the mineral resource. It is not a carbon certificate.
  • A climate claimNeeds a boundary, a baseline and an independent check.

Redemption mines nothing.

Physical gold comes through the dealer. Happy 2 stays as it is.

Security, audits and controlsContract audits, admin powers, the safeguard and the bug bounty

Two contract audits.

Both check the smart-contract code at a date. Neither checks the gold.

  • CertiK, 7 Apr 202616 findings: 12 resolved, 2 mitigated through multisignature administration, 2 acknowledged. No critical or major findings.
  • Cyfrin, version 2.0, 10 Oct 20251 medium and 5 low findings, all resolved. No critical or high findings.
  • Not in scopeThe reserve, the title and the company’s finances.

Admin powers.

The contract is centrally controlled.

  • PowersUpgrade, mint and burn, freeze, blacklist, force transfers and run redemptions (CertiK).
  • CyfrinCalls the protocol deliberately centralised, and leaves that outside its scope.
  • Your privacyDon’t put personal delivery details in public on-chain fields.

Aurum Safeguard.

A reserve of GGBR, 10% of minted supply, set aside for losses from a breach of the Goldfish protocol.

  • Not coveredThird-party platforms, lost keys and phishing.
  • BalanceCan change. It is public on Etherscan.

Liquidity.

The company describes stress tests, liquidity simulations and DEX and CEX price monitoring.

These are stated practices. They don’t guarantee a price, or that any amount can be sold at any time.

Bug bounty.
